1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns received after this period may not be accepted.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- No signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Not a final sale or clearance item
- For electronics: original accessories and manuals included
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Personal care items (e.g., earphones, skincare)
- Software that has been opened
- Clearance or final sale items
- Customized or personalized products
- Perishable goods
4. How to Return an Item
- Initiate Return: Log into your account or contact our customer support to request a return authorization.
- Pack Your Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and tags.
- Include Documentation: Include the order number, return authorization, and reason for return.
- Ship the Package: Send the package to our returns address using a trackable shipping method.
- Await Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days after approval
- You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
6. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
- We shipped the wrong item
- The item does not match the description
In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label and cover return shipping costs.
7. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant:
- Process a return for the original item
- Place a new order for the desired item
- This ensures faster processing and accurate inventory tracking
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs
9. International Returns
For international returns:
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional customs fees
10. Holiday Returns
Items purchased between November 15 and December 25 may be returned until January 31 of the following year for holiday returns.
