1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 (domestic only).
3. Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 states within the United States. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
- Orders shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx
- Tracking information provided for all orders
- Signature may be required for high-value orders
4. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.
- Delivery times: 7-21 business days depending on location
- Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs
- Some products may have shipping restrictions
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order status by:

6. Shipping Restrictions
Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for certain products. If your address is not eligible for shipping, we will notify you promptly.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit:
- Lost Packages: Contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date
- Damaged Items: Take photos of the damaged packaging and items, then contact us within 7 days of delivery
- We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
9. Holidays & Peak Seasons
During holidays and peak shopping seasons, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.
